Sura 8 Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War), versículo 3

الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنْفِقُونَ
The ones who establish prayer, and from what We have provided them, they spend.
