Sura 8 Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War), versículo 18

1. ذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ الْكَافِرِينَ

   That (is so), and (also) that Allah will weaken the plot of the disbelievers.
