Sura 51 Adh-Dhariyat (The Winnowing Winds), versículo 19

وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ
And from their properties was (given) the right of the (needy) petitioner and the deprived.
