Sura 27 An-Naml (The Ant), versículo 48

1. وَكَانَ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ

   And there were in the city nine family heads causing corruption in the land and not amending (its affairs).
