Sura 21 Al-Anbiya (The Prophets), versículo 95

1. وَحَرَامٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

   And there is prohibition upon (the people of) a city which We have destroyed that they will (ever) return
