Sura 15 Al-Hijr, versículo 56

قَالَ وَمَنْ يَقْنَطُ مِنْ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّهِ إِلَّا الضَّالُّونَ
He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?"
