Sura 10 Yunus (Jonas), versículo 96

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,
